3 x weekly / fortnightly 60-min Core Coaching sessions
Email summary after each session

For when something’s shifted – and now you need to as well.
This is for individuals navigating a life transition (new chapter, post-burnout, shift in identity or priorities). You know something needs to change but aren’t quite sure what, or how. Together, we’ll explore who you are now, what matters to you, and what’s getting in the way – so you can move forward with clarity and confidence.
Best for:
Career transitions, parenting identity shifts, post-burnout realignment
Untangling confusion around purpose, role, and direction
Starting to challenge limiting money beliefs or patterns
Includes:
1 x 90-min Foundation Session
5 x 60-min weekly / fortnightly Core Coaching sessions

Reclaim & Redefine
9 – 12 sessions
For when you’re ready to stop playing small and fully own your next chapter.
This package is for people in the thick of a transformation. You’re not just looking to “figure something out”– you’re ready to change how you show up in your life, relationships, and decisions. We’ll unpick old narratives, explore emotional patterns (including around money), and build sustainable habits rooted in who you are – not who you should be.
Best for:
Redefining ambition or success on your own terms
Untangling money and self-worth
Building confidence in decisions and boundaries
Exploring self-trust after a big life or identity shake-up
Includes:
1 x 90-min Foundation Session
8 – 11 x 60-min weekly / fortnightly Core Coaching sessions
Values and Money narrative deep dive incl. personalised Money Grid

For those moments where something feels urgent, messy, or hard to untangle. Ideal if you want a one-off session to address a pressing decision, mindset block, or emotional loop.
Which Package to Book?
Before taking on a new client, I like to start with an initial call to see if we’re a good fit. You need to know I’m the right coach for you, and I need to be sure I can genuinely help.
From there, we’ll work together to decide how many sessions you might need.
I don’t do a one-size-fits-all package because every person and situation is unique – with different challenges, timelines, and budgets.
I usually recommend at least 6 sessions for the best results, but it’s not a requirement, and sometimes a one off 90 minute Breakthrough Session or 3 targeted sessions will tick the box.
In our introductory call, we can work out the best way forward for your own unique set of circumstances.
If we’re a good fit and you choose to move forward, both of us have to be “all in.” Signing up for coaching alone won’t get you to where you want to be; it’s your openness to the process and the work you put in – during and between sessions – that will achieve the best results.
What to Expect
Free Introductory Call
Make yourself comfortable, and let’s get to know each other. You can tell me what’s going on in your life, and I’ll share how I can help. Then we’ll figure out our next steps together, including how many sessions would be beneficial.
Fill out the contact form telling me a little bit about yourself, and I’ll follow up within 24 hours to arrange an introductory zoom or telephone call.
Sessions
Package sessions are held weekly or fortnightly via Zoom, Google Meet, or telephone*
All sessions are 60 minutes, with the exception of the first Foundation Session – which runs for 90 minutes in packages of 6 sessions or more.
All sessions are confidential and free from judgement
After each session, you'll receive a follow-up email summarising what we explored, outlining any exercises or reflections to work on before our next session, and confirming any agreed next steps or dates.
