Coaching is personal — and I believe it works best when you know the person you’re working with.

Hello, I'm Anna — and I'm really glad you're here.

I've always been fascinated by people: what shapes our decisions, why we get stuck, and what helps us move forward with more confidence and clarity.

I've had a varied career. I've worked in lifestyle and consumer PR, co-founded a property development company, run an online magazine and am raising two wonderful children. Every part of my life has taught me something about change, resilience, relationships and the importance of understanding ourselves.

Looking back, though, I can also see that many of those career decisions weren't really based on who I was. They were based on who I thought I should be. I hadn't yet taken the time to understand my values, what gave me energy, or what made me feel fulfilled. Instead, I followed a set of invisible rules I'd created for myself about what success was supposed to look like.

Ironically, the clues had been there all along. The work I found myself drawn to outside my career – volunteering, studying counselling later in life, reading about the human condition, writing about what I believed to be true, and simply being the person people naturally opened up to – was always centred around understanding people. It was only when I began working with a coach that I allowed myself the space to stop, think, ask better questions and reconnect with what really mattered to me. It changed the direction of my life, and retraining as a coach with my own set of specialisms remains one of the best decisions I've ever made.

It wasn't just my career that changed. I also had to change the way I saw myself. For years, I questioned my own intelligence and capabilities, even when the evidence suggested otherwise. I worried far too much about getting things wrong, took perceived criticism to heart, and often measured myself against other people's version of success rather than my own.

Working with a coach, understanding my values and, later, recognising my own ADHD traits helped me make sense of those patterns. I learnt to trust my judgement more, build strategies that worked for me, and define success on my own terms rather than someone else's.

That experience has shaped the way I coach. I understand what it's like to feel capable yet still doubt yourself, to overthink decisions, or to wonder why things that seem easy for other people can feel so difficult. My specialist training in ADHD has only deepened that understanding, giving me the knowledge and practical tools to support clients with greater confidence and care.

Today, I can't imagine doing anything else. I feel incredibly fortunate to do work that I love and care deeply about giving every client my very best.

At the heart of my coaching is a simple belief: you already have more of the answers than you realise. Sometimes you just need the right space, questions and support to uncover them.

What it’s like to work with me

My style is practical, thoughtful and non‑judgemental. I won’t give you ready‑made answers, but I will:

  • Ask focused questions — so the real issue becomes clear.

  • Help you clarify priorities and define what success looks like — giving you renewed direction.

  • Provide simple, effective tools — to build confidence and momentum between sessions.

  • Offer kind, honest challenge — so you can recognise unhelpful habits and patterns.

  • Turn reflection into action — with manageable steps at a pace that fits your way of thinking.

  • Hold you (gently) accountable — so intentions turn into steady progress.

  • Give you a personal client hub with recaps, next steps, and a resource library from day one.

Whether we’re exploring a career decision, rebuilding confidence, or mapping out a major transition, our work is collaborative, encouraging and forward‑focused. By the end of our time together, you’ll leave with clarity, self‑trust, and a concrete plan for what you’ll do next, so you can move forward with direction and confidence.
