My Approach

I work with ambitious, thoughtful individuals who want to get clear on what they really want and together – turn that clarity into progress, so you feel confident and excited about your future.

We begin with a focused deep dive to understand your context and what may be keeping you stuck – current pressures, learned “shoulds,” and patterns that shape your choices. From there, we clarify who you are now (values, strengths, priorities), explore real options, and define what a good decision looks like for you.

I draw on training in Transformative Coaching, NLP, and Money Coaching, and bring a range of straightforward, evidence-informed tools to support the work we do together.

My approach is calm, steady and practical. Some sessions are reflective, others hands-on; the aim is always the same: clarity and confidence in your next steps. We use simple tools to make decisions (including belief-challenging where useful, and practical checks like time, energy and money), then turn them into manageable steps with steady support and accountability.

We go at your pace. Between calls, I may suggest optional tasks – short or more in-depth – to keep momentum. They’re always purposeful, never compulsory.

Clients describe me as kind and straightforward. I don’t do (many) coaching buzzwords. I won’t tell you what to do; I’ll ask focused questions and, when useful, offer a gentle challenge.

You hold the answers. My aim is to help you uncover them, make sense of what’s happening, and build a plan that fits – so overwhelm reduces and clear, confident decisions lead to real progress.
