Coaching
My Approach
I work with ambitious, thoughtful individuals who want to get clear on what they really want and turn that clarity into meaningful progress.
We begin by exploring your current situation and understanding what may be keeping you stuck — whether that's external pressures, unhelpful beliefs, old expectations, overwhelm, or simply too many competing priorities. From there, we clarify what matters most to you, explore your options, and define what a good decision looks like on your terms.
I draw on training in Transformative Coaching, NLP, Money Coaching and ADHD-informed coaching, bringing together practical, evidence-informed tools that help clients better understand themselves and move forward with greater confidence.
My approach is calm, straightforward and practical. Some sessions are reflective, others more hands-on, but the aim is always the same: helping you make sense of what's happening, reduce overwhelm, and take clear, manageable steps towards the life you want.
We go at your pace. Between sessions, I may suggest optional exercises or reflections to help maintain momentum. They're always purposeful, never compulsory.
Clients often describe me as kind, thoughtful and straightforward. I won't tell you what to do, but I will ask focused questions, challenge assumptions when useful, and help you uncover answers that feel right for you.
You already hold more of the answers than you think. My role is to help you uncover them, trust them, and turn them into action.
